It’s a beautiful Sunday, and I’m headed off to water polo practice with Tyler, followed by my normal Sunday rush to get ready for the week, ensure I have enough work pants to wear and that Jordan and Chase have suitable attire for football day
so Chase doesn’t have to run next door and ask the neighbor to adjust his tie.
I’m being proactive, and cheating on today’s blog, and participating in Sunday Stealing, compliments of Holly at 504Main.
Sunday Stealing: The ABC’s of Meme
A- Advocate for: Working Moms
B- Best Feature: Eyes (or so I’ve been told a few times.)
C- Could do without: Bad drivers, early Monday mornings, broken coffee pots, random socks left around the house, clutter, …I could go on for awhile.
D- Dreams and desires: A long, happy life with my husband. Lots of vacations to far off exotic places. Watching my kids graduate from college.
E- Essential items: Coffee, Diet Coke, caffiene, family, friends, comfortable sheets, my own bed, my dogs.
F- Favorite past time: um I would say it’s now blogging although reading, movies and hanging out with my girlfriends and my husband would tie. It depends on who is available, what night of the week it is, and how tired I am.
G- Good at: laughing out loud.
H- Have never tried: skydiving, bungee jumping, and never plan to.
I- If I had a million dollars: Hopefully spend a little and then invest the rest wisely.
J- Junkie for: People magazine, all things Tim McGraw, Diet Coke, Potato Chips of nearly any flavor.
K- Kindred spirit: Brian, Donna.
L- Little known fact: Ya’ll know everything about me already.
M- Memorable moment: Outside the birth of my children? Walking across the stage in grad school, 4.0, thank you. Meeting my husband which I remember like it was yesterday.
N- Never again will I: Hmmm not sure. Lemme think. Probably never say never.
O- Occasional indulgence: Dark chocolate; Kettle chips, New York Cheese Flavor. VERY occasional, they go straight to my a**.
P- Profession: HR Consultant
Q- Quote: “Patience is a virtue.” (thanks, Mom.)
R- Reason to smile: Tyler doing the Rubio laugh (that must be inherited from my husband’s family because they all do it,) from up in his room, so loud you can hear it a mile away.
S- Sorry about: my short temper.
T- Things you are worrying about right now: Money.
U- Uninterested in: worrying about the small stuff. Gossip.
V- Very scared of: flying but not as bad as I used to be.
W- Worst habits: cursing out the bad drivers I mentioned earlier.
Y- Yummiest dessert: Not a huge dessert fan. Cherry pie? Oh Hula Pie at Duke’s in Waikiki is to die for. I’m not a big dessert person. But I love this pie. And I love the memories I have of being in Hawaii with Robert and the kids sharing it. If you go to Hawaii and eat one thing, it should be this.
X- X marks my ideal vacation spot: Waikiki
Z- Zodiac sign: Leo. Move over everyone else.

Totally on the same page with “O” and “Y”. FABULOUS. Could be because it is 1:30 and I've been blogging so long today that I missed breakfast and lunch. Did you know blogging is a new diet?! Hope you had a great Sunday. Have a great day,
