If you did not see this kid on the Today Show this morning, you MUST watch this clip.
I sat with my coffee this morning, yucky, nasty rain outside and this kid made my day.
He is the cutest thing ever, I think he out-interviewed Meredith Vierra completely.
Read the article, listen to the story, I wonder what other people think about the actual story?
My opinion, especially with teenagers in school and knowing Dylan Klebold’s (aka Columbine shooter) mother wrote an essay for O Magazine that was discussed on Nightline last night, is that there is a fine line here.
A six year old taking a camping tool to school is one thing. A high schooler, probably another.
School districts have worked to set limits with school safety and instead of really curbing violence like what happened in Chicago a few weeks ago (just Google Chicago teenager death and you’ll get the story) they are focusing on 6 year olds in first grade. It’s not working.
